Brandon

DOB 4-16-92

Brandon has not had a lot of stability in his early life and has formed a defiant and sometimes angry approach towards the world. He at times has violent outbursts and has been described as very controlling and defiant. Brandon struggles with some emotional issues, which may be the cause of some of his challenging behaviors. He needs medication, on-going counseling and a very structured environment to assist with his daily routine.

Many of Brandon's behaviors may be purposeful to seek attention or may be a learned response. He gets jealous of others when he doesn't have all the attention. Brandon also will tell outrageous lies at times when he is stressed or looking for sympathy.

Brandon needs an adoptive family who can provide unconditional love, support, and guidance to assist in his growth and development. He also needs parents who are knowledgeable and understand how much time, patience and consistency it takes to work with the challenges of a special-needs child. He will do best with lots of one-on-one attention, counseling and structure.
