Cortez

Cortez is a quiet, friendly and likeable boy. He enjoys watching and playing basketball, and is an excellent artist.

Cortez does need reminders about homework! Cortez needs a family that is willing to support he and his hobbies. A home with structure would be ideal, as well as one that can keep him in touch with his siblings.
