David 

David is a healthy, outgoing and friendly young man who likes to ride his bike and play basketball at the YMCA. He forms attachment easily. He is intellectually on target and in counseling.

David attends school and has an IEP for his behavior/emotional problems. He is currently struggles with being impulsive at times.

David has adjusted well to his current foster placement. though he'd like his current foster family to adopt him. He wants a permanent home.

David could benefit from the love and support of an adoptive family who can provide consistency and structure.
