Oscar is a handsome young man who enjoys sports. He is interested in playing football, basketball and boxing. He has won awards for his boxing. He gets along well with younger children.

Oscar has adjusted well to his foster placement. He needs and adoptive family who can provide love, support and guidance as he matures into adulthood.
