15-year-old Heather is particular about how she looks and likes to primp in front of the mirror. She also likes to read teen magazines to stay up-to-date on fashion trends. 

Heather has experienced many losses in her young life and sometimes that is demonstrated by her behavior. She strives to be the center of attention and she dominates many conversations.

She needs someone who has parenting experience and would do well in home where love, consistency and structure are the norm.
