Child Advocacy Update Page

Montgomery County Children Services supports and promotes the child welfare public policy agenda of both the Public Children Services Association of Ohio (PCSAO) and the Child Welfare League of America (CWLA). The agency advocates on behalf of children and families by serving on two important state and national legislative committees. The following summaries represent important child protection public policy issues that federal and state lawmakers are currently considering.
